Product Description
The VFL is specifically designed for field technicians who need an efficient and economical tool for fiber tracing, fibre routing and continuity testing in optical networks. The Visual Fault Locator can locates breaks in short patch cords, which an OTDR cannot detect due to their operating dead zone.
Features
The product features a high-quality triangular laser chip with a lifespan of 8000 hours.
It utilises an APC circuit for constant power output and has a battery pack design.
The low-power LED display is more intuitive,
with three working modes: normal on, flash (9Hz), and slow flash (3Hz).
The product also includes a heatsink and multiple electrostatic protection for more stable power.
A 2.5mm universal connector is available, and a FC (Male) to LC (Female) adapter can be provided upon request for 1.25mm connectors.
The device operates in both CW and pulsed modes while maintaining a constant output power.
